Most people are not accustomed to providing their fingerprints. They are often unnerved by the process and worried that it will feel invasive. At the same time, they feel that the process will be difficult – and it can be, depending on what service they use.
Our needs analysis uncovered these truths about the general public, so we designed an educational video that shows people that our process is both comfortable and simple – three easy steps, and they’re done. Though this was a marketing animation, it was designed with education in mind.
